Mission Statement

I established Florida Keys Therapy & Wellness with the goal of providing patients with exceptional therapy and wellness services in a private 1 on 1 setting. You can count on me to help improve the quality of your life, treating you with compassion and the utmost professionalism as we work together in achieving your health and wellness goals.

How I Started

My husband and I have been living in the beautiful Florida Keys since 1999. For many years, I worked as an occupational therapist and as the director of therapy services for a local hospital. However, I felt like there was a better way to help my patients. In 2013, I established Florida Keys Therapy & Wellness to provide quality therapy services to seniors, adults, and children.

Having a therapist dedicated exclusively to your rehabilitation needs is the most effective way for the therapist to actually observe the limitations and problems a patient may be experiencing. Providing therapy in this manner also ensures that the patient receives undivided attention. The patient will see the same therapist every session–something they cannot be assured of other busy outpatient clinics.
